Frank Lampard has announced his departure at
the club after 13 years with the Blues.
The 35-year-old England international,came to Stamford Bridge from West Ham in 2001, he claimed 11
trophies, including three Premier League titles and the Champions
League in 2012.
The Midfielder, made 649 appearances for Chelsea, successfully won 4 FA Cups, 2 League Cups and the Europa League with the club,who also made 40 appearances under Jose Mourinho at the season of 2013/2014.he made his first debut for England in October 1999,scoring 29 goals in 103 international appearances, played Euro 2004 also World Cups in 2006 and 2010.
